How to get Export Plates 

    What we need from you:

  • A copy of the drivers ID or passport
  • Your address and phone number.  If your address is shown on your ID, then we got it from ID
  • A copy of the vehicle's registration papers or VIN number
  • Your AKR/SKAT number. ( if you not have - we provide you a number automatic for the future )
  • Start date and how many days you need the plate. ( maximum 7 days allowed)

    Prices

  • You pay 15 € per day for the plates.  Maximun 7 days are allowed.
  • We charge a one time fee 15 € for make the documents, insurance and plates
  • We provide a AKR/SKAT number for the future. FREE
  • We bring your plates to the dealer where you have your car.   15 €.   (Århus and Randers areas)  Request for other places.    If you choose us to pickup you from airport,  our driver will bring your plates for free.
  • We might help and pay first if we see a copy of the invoice for the car you buy. 

PLEASE READ THIS
We don't make same-day plates. You must find a plate operator yourself.  We simply don't have the time to first wait for a copy of all your information, payment, and then send it to the Authorities and wait for the reply  before print the plates.  We hope you understand.

We can make from day to day plates, when we receive all your information before 9.30 morning.  But expect 2-3 days.  Also the authorities can have delays.

Have in mind that the authorities, plate-operators and most dealers close Friday 12.00, and closed in the weekend.  So unless you have a agreement to pickup your car in the closing time - use another day.

PICK-UP FROM AIRPORT

André offer pickups from Billund and Aarhus airports, taking you straight to the car dealers in Aarhus and Randers areas. If you'd like, he  can also bring your documents and license plates to the airport.

Aarhus and Randers are his primary service areas. However, if you require transport to a specific location, please let him know, and he gladly find a solution for you.

LETS BRING THE PLATES TO THE DEALER

We can also deliver your plates and documents to the car dealers in advance, so everything is ready for your arrival. Just let us know if you'd prefer this.

If your flight arrives late, we can arrange for your car to be brought outside. This allows you to attach your plates and head home right away, avoiding a wait until the car dealers opening hours.

  • Should you wish for us to deliver your documents and plates directly to the car dealer, there is a fee of €15.
  • For late flight arrivals, if you require your car to be brought out from the car dealers with the documents and plates placed inside for immediate departure, this service is available for €50.

ACCOMMODATION

If you need a place to stay, we suggest Annex88 B&B. It's only about 20 minutes from the E45 highway and comes highly recommended. They've been looking after export buyers since 2017 and even have plenty of parking space for trailers.

Accommodation at Annex88 B&B costs €30 per person and comes with a good breakfast. Please note that during peak times, rooms may be shared, with two guests per room.
